
The NYCC Spring Training Series (STS) is a progressive series of organized group training rides designed for cyclists who already have solid group riding skills and want to build strength and endurance for the season. STS rides do not include coaching and are intended for riders who are comfortable riding in groups and want a structured training schedule.
The STS programs are offered at each of the A, B & C levels, with an additional D series targeted toward proficient A & B cyclists who are interested in gravel riding. STS programs start in March of each year and run til May or even June depending on the program. STS rides will always be available via the normal ride listings.
