From mountains to tunnels to lakes and streams, this is an endless playground of switchback ascents and high alpine passes.

Passing along the Weeping Wall at Logan Pass.

The Weeping Wall is a roadside limestone wall with the melt from glaciers far above flowing down it.

Another view of the Weeping Wall where nature provides a refreshing shower on the long climb to the summit.

A birds-eye view of the surrounding mountains that awaits us at the summit of Logan Pass.

Is this Heaven ??? Reaching the summit at Logan Pass.

The unsurpassed road sign right after the summit at Logan Pass. 12 Miles of downhill at a 6% percent gradient!!!

Words cannot describe the thrill of this dramatic alpine descent. We were able to reach speeds of 52 mph on this exhilarating switchback descent all the way to Lake McDonald.
