Bike4Bikes - Northeast Community Cycles
Enjoy the fall weather biking through beautiful Fairfield County and help Northeast Community Cycles provide bicycles to needy children, adults and local charities
Join us for our 3rd annual Bike4Bikes event starting and ending at Sherwood Island State Park in Westport, CT. There are 3 routes, a gentler 20 miles and the more challenging 75K and 100K routes. Our rest stops will provide snacks and water along the way.
If you prefer to ride in a group there will be ride leaders at various ride levels.
C+ 15 - 16 mph at 8:30 AM (100K)
C 13 – 14 mph at 9:00 AM (75K)
D 11 – 12 mph at 9:30 AM (20 miles)
Best of all, our “signature lunch” consisting of chili, cornbread and pie will be served to all registered riders during the allotted time.
And if you register by Sept.10 you will receive a free Bike4Bikes T shirt. (No fundraising necessary)
Northeast Community Cycles is an official 501(c)3 non profit organization whose volunteers repair and refurbish donated bicycles. These bicycles are then given to local charity organizations FREE along with a new helmet.
