Join NYCC’s Virtual Meeting Dr. Ian Walker, talking about the environment and traffic psychology

Event:NYCC Webinar: An Evening with Dr. Ian Walker
Date: Tuesday, April 7, 2020
Location: Virtually, via Zoom Video Communications

Schedule:
6:30 - 8:00PM - Program

Program: Dr. Ian Walker is one of those rare people who truly has fully engaged with the bike, intellectually, athletically, and politically. As an expert in environmental and traffic psychology, he has conducted groundbreaking research on driver passing behavior and other topics.  As an athlete, he holds the world record for traversing Europe in the North-South direction, among other unsupported ultradistance races. Politically, he is a leading international advocate for supporting and expanding cycling (as you’ll learn from this eve-of-lockdown, in-the-saddle interview). Please join us for his presentation which will touch on these topics and others. Program will run from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

As always, non-members of NYCC are welcome, and the program will close with a raffle. The event will be streamed live over Zoom onto your phone, desktop, or other device.

PLEASE REGISTER FOR THE WEBINAR by visiting the page at this link and following the instructions.

After registering, follow the instructions to join the Webinar or CLICK HERE if you have already registered.
