This event is currently scheduled for October 4th and 5th (Saturday and Sunday).  There will be 30 slots available.

This will be a two-day trip that covers the entire Delaware and Raritan Canal Trail.  Once a major transportation route, it is now a 77-mile long state park, which is mostly fine-ground gravel trails.  The first day will comprise of over 50 miles on the trail, is mostly flat, and goes from New Brunswick to New Hope, PA.  The second day will be 20 miles on the trail, almost 40 miles on the roads, and finishes in Raritan, NJ.  There is a moderate amount of climbing on the 2nd day.

Riders will need to carry their own gear, and arrange for their own accommodations.

There is no fee from the Club for this event.  Please make sure to familiarize yourself with any cancellation policies of your accommodation.

The pace will be roughly in the B range.  Due to road conditions, recommended bikes and carrying gear, you should expect to ride slower than usual.

We recommend the New Hope Lodge, in New Hope, PA.  Rooms are $150 - $200 a night (single- or dual-occupancy).  There are also a number of charming B&B's in the New Hope area.
