Upload Cue Sheet:
Metro North to the start at Wassaic and to return from Brewster. Pick up a schedule at GCT for all the station times along the route as there are numerous bailouts on the return but trains run every other hour on the Harlem Line above Brewster North so keep an eye on distance and train times. Additional notes on cue sheet. Only one real climb but low gearing advisable for Bash Bish.
Before Your Ride
Make sure your bike is in GOOD working order. Pump up tires to the pressure specified on the sidewall. Bring essentials: helmet, 2 spare tubes, a pump, patch kit, 2 water bottles, pocket food, ID, money, credit card, and a train pass. Eat a good breakfast consisting of carbohydrates and proteins.
Bicycle helmets are required head attire for all NYCC club rides, and "ipod"-like devices are not allowed.
