I rode Seven Lakes Dr in Harriman today, just after the traffic circle where Seven Lakes/Rte 6 converge there is an improvised ?memorial with flowers stuck in a water bottle, a bike tire and candles. Anyone know if there was an accident there?

I asked PIPC officials about the ‘memorial’. They thought that no one had been killed but were only marginally aware it.
