The other night, I bought a couple of 26" knobby tires for my "mountain-bent". Talc-ed>mounted>inflated ...

Then decided to stay with the setup I have.

I could return 'em, but a bike shop gets so little business in winter, I'd rather make someone else a deal.  So ...

Front is a Michelin Wild Racer Reinforced 26x2.2", kevlar folding (new approx $50)

The Michelin Wild Race'r tires is specifically designed for harder, faster courses.

Rear is a Kenda Klaw XT 26x2.1", kevlar folding (new approx. $35)

Kenda Klaw XT Rear 26 x 2.10" (K-891) Wire Bead All Black.

Paid $87 for both at a LBS including NYS sales tax.  

$50 takes 'em.
